My name is Christine Robb, and I am a qualified CBT counsellor. I have a postgraduate level 11 diploma in Cognitive behavioural therapy and group work gained after 3 years study at ACT counselling and training services.
I am an individual member of the BACP, which is a governing body of counselling. This means that I follow the code of practice of BACP, ensuring I provide a safe, ethical practice.
I have a therapy cabin on a farm, where we can sit inside or out. I offer 1-1 counselling, walk and talk therapy and online sessions available too. The choice is yours.

Cognitive behavioural therapy is a common talk therapy that helps you become aware of thinking patterns that may be creating issues in your life. CBT can help you view challenges in life more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way. I am a supportive, empathetic practitioner, ready to walk alongside you every step of the way.
I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, to explore your feelings, thoughts, behaviours and patterns, whilst at the same time trying to understand how these processes may have developed.
CBT can be helpful to treat anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD and other mental health conditions however therapy is for everyone. CBT can help you manage stressful life situations and to take back control of your life. CBT is a structured goal orientated therapy. So, if you're ready for some changes, you can make the first step here.
I am able to provide both short term counselling, where you may have a specific problem which you wish to look at, or longer-term therapy, where deeper more complex issues can be explored.
Both short and long-term work will have the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
